Duties & Responsibilities
Communication and high level of organisational skills Must demonstrate efficiency in basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams) Plan and co-ordinate teams for callouts and planned work. Liaising with customers to arrange start dates for planned work and any general business that needs to be carried out during the course of the project Providing the technicians with site and work scope information. Gathering daily updates on planned work and callouts attended during the day Notifying the safety department of Safety requirements on planned work or emergency callouts where necessary. Notifying estimates of work variations Allocating subcontractor appointments to the buyer and coordinating subcontractors on site. Updating the General Manager on daily activities and any issues arising during the day. Capturing information on daily activities and managing information from the CEO. Communicating with stores on project material availability. Notifying the accounts department on project/callout completion and handing over all information required for invoicing.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 Relevant experience required as per the spec.
Package & Remuneration R18 000 to R22 000 per Month CTC
