You will be instrumental in maintaining our digital presence and supporting the seamless experience of our attendees and stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Maintain and update event websites, including event pages, landing pages, and calendarsUpload and manage content such as agendas, speaker profiles, and schedulesEnsure all site content is accurate, on-brand, and user-friendlyManage registration systems and attendee sign-ups, including confirmations and automated communicationsTroubleshoot and resolve user issues related to website access or registrationPublish and update website assets for digital campaigns, applying basic SEO and usability practicesPerform website QA and error checks to ensure optimal performanceMonitor website performance and assist with reportingKeep content organised, backed up, and compliant with company standardsLiaise with suppliers, sponsors, and internal teams as requiredRequirementsWhat You'll Need to SucceedThis is a junior role, but you'll need to come in with some solid foundations.
