Introduction The role is responsible for ensuring employees are enrolled, scheduled, trained and supported throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle by coordinating training delivery with business representatives, functional teams, implementation partners, Change Management, Super Users and the ERP Change Network.
• To coordinate the development, review, approval and distribution of ERP training materials to ensure high-quality, role-based learning resources are available in line with programme milestones.
• The position contributes to business readiness, user capability, successful system adoption and sustainable utilisation of new ERP processes, systems and ways of working.
Duties & Responsibilities Training Planning and Coordination
• Develop and maintain the integrated ERP Training Schedule across all ERP workstreams.
• Coordinate classroom, virtual, simulation and hands-on training activities.
• Coordinate role-based training schedules aligned to implementation milestones.
• Coordinate trainer availability and training resource planning.
• Ensure training activities support deployment, go-live and hypercare requirements.
• Monitor training progress and escalate scheduling risks where required.
Training Administration
• Coordinate learner enrolments, registrations and attendance.
• Prepare and distribute training invitations, reminders and joining instructions.
• Maintain accurate learner records and attendance registers.
• Coordinate participant packs, training manuals, job aids and Quick Reference Guides.
• Maintain training documentation in accordance with programme governance requirements.
• Support learner queries before, during and after training.
Learning Management System Administration
• Upload and maintain ERP learning content.
• Assign learning curricula according to business roles.
• Monitor learner completion and progress.
• Produce LMS reports and completion statistics.
• Resolve learner access issues with IT support.
• Maintain learning catalogues and learner profiles.
Training Logistics
• Coordinate venues, equipment and virtual learning platforms.
• Arrange catering, venue bookings and classroom requirements.
• Coordinate training environments for practical system learning.
• Ensure training materials are available prior to delivery.
• Coordinate travel arrangements where required.
Reporting and Training Analytics
• Monitor attendance, completion and learner participation.
• Produce weekly and monthly training dashboards.
• Prepare executive reports on training readiness.
• Analyse learner completion trends and outstanding mandatory training.
• Support programme governance through accurate reporting.
• Maintain training KPIs and readiness metrics.
Business Readiness Support
• Coordinate training activities that support business readiness.
• Track role-based training completion against deployment readiness criteria.
• Support readiness assessments through accurate learner information.
• Identify training risks that may impact deployment.
• Work closely with Organisational Change Management Lead to support organisational readiness.
Stakeholder Coordination
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Organisational Change Management Lead, Functional Leads, Business Representatives, Super Users, the ERP Change Network and external implementation partners.
• Coordinate training schedules with business representatives.
• Support managers with learner participation and completion.
• Communicate training updates and readiness information to stakeholders.
• Respond to learner and stakeholder enquiries professionally.
Governance, Compliance and Continuous Improvement
• Ensure training records comply with programme governance standards.
• Maintain accurate and auditable learner documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of ERP training administration processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve learner experience and training efficiency.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future ERP learning activities.

Training Material Coordination
• Coordinate the development, review and approval of ERP training materials in collaboration with Functional Leads, Subject Matter Experts, Change Management and implementation partners.
• Track the progress of training material development against programme milestones.
• Maintain version control of training manuals, facilitator guides, participant guides, Quick Reference Guides, simulations and eLearning content.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and sign-off of training materials.
• Ensure approved learning materials are published to the Learning Management System and other approved repositories.
• Coordinate the printing, packaging and distribution of learning materials where required.
• Support the continuous improvement of training materials by coordinating learner feedback and enhancement requests.

ERP implementation exposure (Advantage)

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience coordinating corporate learning or training programmes within a large organisation. Demonstrated experience coordinating training schedules, learner administration and training logistics. Experience administering Learning Management Systems and managing learner records. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business functions. Experience preparing training reports, dashboards and completion statistics. Experience supporting organisational change or business transformation initiatives will be advantageous. ERP implementation or enterprise technology project experience will be advantageous.
