Introduction We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced TLB Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) safely and efficiently on site while adhering to all safety regulations and operational requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operate TLB machinery for excavation, trenching, loading, backfilling, and site clearing Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks Ensure safe operation of equipment in line with company safety procedures Report mechanical faults, damages, or safety concerns immediately Assist with site preparation and material movement Maintain housekeeping standards and cleanliness of equipment Follow all site safety regulations and operational instructions Work closely with supervisors and site teams to complete tasks efficiently

Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 10 / Matric Valid TLB Operator Certificate / Competency Certificate Minimum 2–3 years’ experience operating a TLB Valid driver’s licence (Code 10 with PDP advantageous) Medically fit Clear criminal record Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills
