Description We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to support a national logistics operation with a bike rollout project aligned to new COA requirements. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with operational teams and Area Managers regarding drivers scheduled for bike allocation Facilitate and explain lease agreements to drivers (individually or in groups) Ensure all lease documentation is accurately completed and signed File and upload lease agreements against driver profiles Complete bike handover documentation with drivers Liaise with fleet to obtain required documentation for COA submissions per store Ensure all processes are followed accurately end-to-end
Minimum Requirements
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to understand and explain contract/lease terms clearly Basic Microsoft Excel skills Highly organised and process-driven Own transport essential

Based in Centurion (supporting Ekurhuleni region) No petrol allowance provided Immediate availability preferred
