<p><strong>Telecommunications Process Analyst (Visio / BPMN) — Process Mapping &amp; Governance</strong></p><p>**3-6 month contract**</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Process Analyst to design, document and govern end‑to‑end operational processes within a Telco infrastructure environment. The successful candidate will run structured process walkthroughs with business stakeholders, produce high‑quality process maps and SOPs using Microsoft Visio (BPMN), and support process governance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to Quality Management principles and ecosystem/design‑thinking approaches.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Map, document and maintain end‑to‑end operational processes across Telco infrastructure functions using Microsoft Visio (BPMN).</li><li>Draft, update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies and process documentation, ensuring alignment with internal standards and compliance requirements.</li><li>Lead and participate in structured process walkthroughs and workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders to validate current‑state processes, identify inefficiencies and capture requirements for improvement.</li><li>Translate process maps into clear PowerPoint artefacts and other communications for leadership and operational teams, maintaining visual consistency and adherence to Quality Management principles.</li><li>Apply ecosystem and design thinking when documenting processes to ensure end‑to‑end integration, handoffs and customer impact are considered.</li><li>Establish and maintain a central process documentation repository (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence), ensuring version control, governance and accessibility for stakeholders.</li><li>Provide process governance support, including process ownership tracking, compliance checks, process change control and audit readiness.</li><li>Support business process management activities, including process performance measurement, identification of automation opportunities and handover to transformation/automation teams.</li><li>Act as a subject matter resource for process best practice, process mapping standards and documentation templates; coach stakeholders on process discipline where required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive telecommunications experience within a Telco infrastructure environment (operations, NOC, field operations, network services or similar).</li><li>Proven track record of end‑to‑end process mapping and documentation using Microsoft Visio; demonstrable knowledge of BPMN notation.</li><li>Strong experience drafting SOPs, policies and procedural documentation with a focus on operational usability and compliance.</li><li>Experience conducting structured walkthroughs, stakeholder workshops and producing actionable outcomes.</li><li>Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non‑technical teams.</li><li>Demonstrable application of Quality Management principles to process documentation and governance.</li><li>Excellent PowerPoint skills to convert Visio maps into presentation‑ready artefacts.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and high standard of documentation quality.</li><li>Proven ability to manage a documentation repository and adhere to version control and governance processes.</li><li>Self‑motivated, deadline driven, and able to work in a non‑micromanaged environment while following strict administration and compliance processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desirable Qualifications &amp; Certifications</strong></p><ul><li>Tertiary qualification in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analysis or similar.</li><li>Certifications in BPM/BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL or Quality Management.</li><li>Experience with process repository tools (SharePoint, Confluence) and collaboration platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with automation tools and handover processes to RPA/automation teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Behavioural Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Analytical thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.</li><li>Strong collaborator and facilitator; able to run workshops and drive stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Detail‑oriented and quality conscious.</li><li>Change‑oriented with continuous improvement mindset.</li></ul>
