Introduction My client is looking for two experienced Technical Specialists to support the implementation and ongoing management of Microsoft Intune Kiosk and Cisco Secure Access (SSE) within our enterprise environment.
These roles will play a critical part in ensuring the successful deployment, optimisation, and operational support of secure endpoint and connectivity solutions, aligned with our broader security architecture.
Duties & Responsibilities Implementation & Deployment
Participate in solution design validation for Microsoft Intune and Cisco Secure Access Configure, test, and deploy Microsoft Intune kiosk mode profiles and endpoint policies Implement and integrate Cisco Secure Access / SSE solutions in line with organisational security requirements Ensure endpoints are securely configured and compliant with defined policies
Operational Support
Provide ongoing support for both platforms post-deployment Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimisation opportunities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across endpoints, access management, and secure connectivity Support end-users and internal stakeholders in resolving platform-related challenges
Security & Governance
Enforce endpoint security policies and access controls Support identity and access management processes using Azure AD / Entra ID Align implementations with enterprise security standards and best practices
Knowledge Transfer & Collaboration
Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal IT teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and service desk Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational maturity
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, including
Kiosk mode configuration Endpoint management and policy deploymentStrong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM): Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID Hands-on experience with: Cisco Secure Access / Secure Service Edge (SSE) or comparable secure connectivity platforms Experience in endpoint security, compliance, and policy enforcement Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills within enterprise IT environments Experience supporting production environments and managing post-implementation
