Introduction iLAB is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and lead data-driven initiatives across various projects. This role demands a robust technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment characterized by constant innovation.
Key details: - Location: Cape Town with a hybrid working model - Contract: 12 Months
Duties & Responsibilities Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum of 6 years as an IT Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on data-related projects. - BCom Information Systems, BSc Computer Science, or equivalent qualification. - Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous. - Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases. - Proven experience with API Swagger/OpenAPI specification. - Background in data-driven projects (ETL, Data Warehousing, Big Data). - Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Agentics AI). - Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira). - Understanding of Fibre Network Operators (FNOs). - Strong Excel skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Detail-oriented with high accuracy. - Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset.
