Introduction Transformation Associate – Contract

About the Role

A leading global investment fund is undergoing a major operational transformation to streamline core processes and reduce complexity across functions. They are looking for an Associate to join the Transformation Office on an initial 6 month contract. This role sits within the Transformation Office and works directly alongside the Transformation Lead and functional heads (Legal, IT, HR and others) to keep the programme moving at pace. You will be the operational backbone of the Transformation Office.

What you will do

Own the end-to-end operating rhythm for assigned workstreams; preparing and running meetings, and ensuring follow-through on actions Track workstream progress and financials in close partnership with Transformation Office  Value-assure key initiatives by stress-testing assumptions, validating timelines, and challenging business cases where the evidence warrants it Act as a problem-solving partner for the business; identifying new initiative opportunities, accelerating impact, and breaking down organisational barriers to collaboration Gather, structure, and analyse operational and performance data across functions   

Desired Experience & Qualification Experience required:

Strong academic background with an excellent degree from a leading university 5–7 years of experience, ideally with a top-tier consulting company Proven experience in transformation delivery or change management, with a focus on delivering and operationalising strategy Familiarity with AI productivity tools and project management platforms Confidence in interacting and building effective relationships with colleagues at all levels of an organisation
