Introduction ZPMC Engineering Africa is offering contract positions for two roles: a Spare Parts Specialist and a Financial Administrator / Bookkeeper. Duties & Responsibilities Spare Parts Specialist
Assist with customer inquiries, quotations, contracts and lead follow-ups across African markets Process orders and coordinate production and logistics for the on-time shipment of equipment and spare parts Handle requests for information and data Prepare export documentation, including invoices and packing lists, and ensure compliance with African regulations Prepare written responses to routine inquiries Liaise with finance and logistics for payments and shipping, and share updates with the team and headquarters Maintain SAP data and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports Warehousing, dispatch administration • Stock Control, Reconciliation • SAP Proficiency Dispatch support: scheduling, coordination • Inventory Variances • POD administration
Financial Administrator / Bookkeeper
Debtors control: issue customer invoices, send monthly statements and record receipts to the accounting system on time Creditors control: process supplier invoices, reconcile accounts, prepare the monthly payment schedule, load payments and record payments to the accounting system on time Process daily cash books and perform bank reconciliations Manage local and foreign customers and suppliers, keeping their information updated in the system Coordinate with the bank for general enquiries and communications Create and maintain excellent filing records and collaborate with auditors for the annual audit Support budget management and assist with audits
Desired Experience & Qualification Spare Parts Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade or Logistics University or college undergraduates are welcome to apply, as experience is not essential and a suitable candidate will be trained on the job Proficient in MS Office
Financial Administrator / Bookkeeper
Associate diploma or degree At least 3 years experience in an accounts department as a financial administrator or bookkeeper Ability to work precisely under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred skills: Sage Pastel Partner and SAP accounting software, strong computer skills, Microsoft Office and internet banking
Package & Remuneration Negotiable and dependent on skills and qualifications. One year contract following a three month probation period, renewable upon certain criteria being met.
