Duties & Responsibilities Role Requirements

Solution Design and Delivery: Assist developers in developing systems or solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements Code review of developer outputs System testing or parallel runs and assist QA in testing systems or solutions Analyse, troubleshoot, and fix Defects on all environments

Technical Leadership:

Deployment and release activities System audits or quality assurance Can solve escalated tasks that require a deep understanding of the product or service for which there are no senior level authority to defer the task to Can lead team leaders who each have their own team members

Strategic Collaboration:

Outcomes are complex and require the integration of several nuanced systems and processes in order to deliver on the required standards Create a product or system based on international best practice or guidelines from other companies that have implemented the same or similar solutions

Solution design involving all stakeholders Business, Business Analysts, Developers, UI, UX Design solutions that are scalable, catering for requirements for various international markets 80 percent standard and 20 percent customizable, with functionality encapsulated in APIs that can be integrated with legacy or other systems, and frontends that are expandable Propose and review system designs and evaluate alternatives Review and present proposals or system solutions to internal team and Product Owner or Business team

Agile and DevOps:

Participate in stand-ups and meet with end users and other stakeholders and gather requirements together with Business analysts Analyse and implement new system requirements specifications Assist with generating a breakdown of user stories to estimate technical delivery and manage those deliverables with the technical team

Stakeholder Management:

Ensure that all processes are investigated or considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements Detailed technical documentation relevant to all stakeholders

Soft Skills:

Assist with identifying and mitigating risks on the project Troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance and direction to technical team when required Production support and hyper-care after production deployments
