Duties & Responsibilities What you’ll be doing

Leading automation design and framework improvements. Advising stakeholders on automation benefits, limitations, and practical options. Developing and reviewing complex Tosca scripts across SAP modules. Embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines and supporting DevOps alignment. Coaching junior and intermediate engineers, sharing insight and reviewing their work constructively. Reporting automation progress in terms leadership understands: risks, outcomes, and value. Providing stability and support during large-scale SAP roll-outs.

Desired Experience & Qualification What you need to bring

5+ years Tosca experience in SAP environments. 2+ years general automation experience (e.g., with other tools or frameworks). Hands-on expertise with SAP Solution Manager (Solman). Demonstrated leadership ability with small teams or project squads. Strong technical and communication skills to bridge the gap between engineering and business. A strategic mindset: thinking beyond individual scripts to scalable, maintainable solutions. Flexibility to adapt when SAP projects shift direction (as they often do).

Helpful extras

Experience in retail SAP roll-outs, where automation must handle scale and complexity. Applied Agile delivery experience. Interest in contributing to broader automation thought leadership.
