Introduction We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant (FULL TIME) to support our global client on a contract basis.

The role focuses on delivering end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and transformations: from blueprinting and migration to optimisation and support. You’ll work on complex processes, drive value via standardisation (“fit-to-standard”), and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure the S/4HANA journey delivers tangible outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead or support full lifecycle implementation of S/4HANA (on-premises or cloud) including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realise, Deploy, Run phases. Analyse business requirements, map to SAP standard processes, and design solutions within S/4HANA. Configure and customise the relevant S/4HANA functional area (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.) and support data migration, integration, and testing. Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, IT, architecture) and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery and adoption. Ensure solution adheres to best practices (“fit-to-standard”), oversees quality and performance of the S/4HANA system, and identifies optimisation opportunities. Provide post-go-live support, process improvements, and continuous value engineering for the S/4HANA landscape.
WHAT WILL MAKE US HAPPY
10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with significant hands-on S/4HANA experience (minimum 3+ full-cycle S/4HANA projects) Deep functional expertise in one or more S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, MM/SD etc) Strong experience in S/4HANA deployment models (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) and migration approaches (Greenfield, Brownfield) Good understanding of integration scenarios, data migration, and change management in the context of S/4HANA Proven consulting delivery skills: blueprinting, process design, configuration, testing, go-live support Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior business stakeholders Ability to work independently, take ownership of workstreams, and deliver in a global/remote environment
NICE TO HAVE
Certification(s) in S/4HANA (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA) Experience with SAP Activate methodology Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or advanced S/4HANA technologies Past experience in multi-country roll-outs or complex enterprise landscapes Understanding of the transition from legacy SAP ECC to S/4HANA
