This contract, remote role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and maintaining detailed project plans and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating project meetings, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating status updates to internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with technical leads, business partners, and vendors to align project outcomes with client requirements and Roch Systems’ standards. The role also involves continuous improvement of project management processes and supporting digital transformation initiatives across client engagements.QualificationsQualificationsBCom Honours in Project Management (required).Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline (required).Professional Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile, or Scrum Master will be an added advantage.Demonstrated experience managing complex IT software implementation, systems integration, ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects.Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage project deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Experience in vendor management, quality assurance, and project governance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience engaging executive stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
