PURPOSE
We require an experienced, high-energy Senior Project Manager to support the Company's transformation programme. This individual will be embedded across multiple active workstreams and will be expected to drive pace, accountability, and delivery quality from day one.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage concurrent projects spanning HR, Retail Operations, and Compliance Own and maintain a consolidated view of project plans, milestones, risks, and key dependencies across the retail platform Manage stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and cross-functional teams Identify and resolve blockers proactively, escalating where necessary with clear recommendations Drive governance cadence – status reporting, RAID logs, decision tracking Work closely with Compliance, Legal, HR, and Operations leads to ensure alignment and on-time delivery Support change management activities where required
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
8+ years of project management experience, ideally within retail, financial services, or a regulated environment Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream programmes with competing priorities Strong understanding of HR and/or Compliance project delivery Proven ability to manage dependencies across technology, operations, and people workstreams Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels High energy, self-directed, and results-driven – someone who creates momentum rather than waiting for it Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
