Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Supply Chain Mining, construction or engineering contract administration experience Strong contract governance and compliance knowledge Experience managing contract variations and claims Commercial analysis and cost control experience Contractor performance management experience Understanding of procurement and tender processes Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills ERP and contract management systems experience Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
