Introduction Purpose:
Lead the structured execution of enterprise- and strategic change initiatives across business units by applying advanced change management methodologies, focusing on adoption, business readiness, and value realization.
Summary:
The Change Manager is a strategic enabler, responsible for driving successful adoption of enterprise wide change initiatives across people, processes, and technology. This role goes beyond communication—focusing on stakeholder alignment, business readiness, behavioral shifts, and value realization. The Change Manager works across functional boundaries to ensure changes are sustainable, integrated into the organizational culture, and aligned with business goals. By leveraging structured methodologies, organizational diagnostics, and proactive risk management, the Change Manager ensures that transformation efforts deliver measurable outcomes with minimal disruption.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) and readiness assessments for large-scale or multi functional initiatives. Develop integrated change strategies across people, process, and technology. Create stakeholder engagement plans beyond communication – including trust building, feedback loops, and influence mapping. Define and track change adoption KPIs and benefits realization metrics. Identify and mitigate change saturation risks across the portfolio. Establish a network of Change Agents or Champions to drive local engagement and feedback. Lead change workshops, training design (not just delivery), and resistance management planning. Support cultural alignment by reinforcing behaviors aligned to strategic goals.
Desired Experience & Qualification Required Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in change management, with at least 5 years leading enterprisewide or complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units, ideally within digital, operating model, or mergers and acquisitions transformation programmes. Proven experience in both agile and waterfall project environments. Hands-on experience with business process re-engineering, role design, and readiness frameworks.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Prosci/ACMP/Lean Change/CCMP certification preferred. Agile, PMP, or Design Thinking certification advantageous.
Tools & Frameworks:
Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7S, Bridges Transition. Enterprise portfolio management systems. Behavioral analytics tools, feedback platforms, and communication planning tools.
