Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; translating these requirements into functional specifications; and collaborating with stakeholders to define and refine system capabilities. The Senior Business System Analyst will work closely with IT, product, and operations teams to assess current systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or new solutions. This role also supports testing and validation activities, ensures system changes align with business objectives, and contributes to continuous improvement of processes, data quality, and system performance.QualificationsStrong Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis skills to evaluate, design, and optimize complex business and technical workflows.Demonstrated Business Analysis and Business Requirements experience to elicit, document, and manage requirements from diverse stakeholders.Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based recommendations and decision-making.Experience working with enterprise systems, data-driven applications, or IT infrastructure in multi-stakeholder environments.Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, with clear written and verbal communication skills.Proven track record in remote work, including self-management, time management, and use of online collaboration tools.Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and participation in testing, validation, and implementation activities.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.Experience in data quality, intelligent systems, or digital transformation projects is highly beneficial.
