Senior Business Analyst (12 Month Contract)

Introduction

Our client in the retail space is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in supply chain and forecasting to strengthen operational efficiency and demand planning. This role requires expertise in forecasting methodologies and supply chain optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to gather and document requirements. Analyze forecasting processes and supply chain data to identify gaps and recommend improvements. Develop and refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and efficiency. Support implementation of supply chain systems and tools. Provide actionable insights to enhance inventory management, demand planning, and logistics performance.

Desired Experience & Qualification

5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain management. Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies and demand planning. Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
