A dynamic and growing group of businesses operating across multiple entities and currencies is seeking a hands-on Senior Bookkeeper to take ownership of the full bookkeeping function.

The Role
Reporting to the Accountant and Directors, you will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities and support the broader finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Full bookkeeping function across multiple entities Processing daily financial transactions Bank reconciliations and cashbook management Managing accounts payable and receivable Assisting with month-end processes and reporting schedules Capturing journals (accruals, prepayments) Intercompany reconciliations Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation Supporting audits and ad hoc finance tasks
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior bookkeeping role Proven experience working across multiple entities and currencies Strong understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or similar) Advanced Excel skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Contract Details
