Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 (Matric)PSIRA Grade B or C (minimum)3–5 years’ experience in the security industryPrevious control room experienceExperience working with dispatch systems, clocking point monitoring, and GPS tracking platformsComputer literate (MS Office, email, reporting systems)Strong radio communication skillsAbility to work shifts, including nights and weekendsHigh attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:Monitor security officers via dispatch and tracking systemsVerify clocking points and patrol complianceTrack and report officer movements in real timeReceive and log incidents and emergency callsDispatch response teams when requiredMaintain control room records and occurrence bookCompile daily operational and exception reports
