Functions are primarily located in the STARD SAP template and are actively being re-implemented and improved during the development of its successor template, PROTON.

For the upcoming five years, this product team is a core part of the PKT 2025 strategic initiative, managing complex claims initiated by production network partners within the OrCAn application framework.

SAP WM/QM Subject Matter Expertise: Certified expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Quality Management (QM) processes, with a deep background in module configuration and master data template design. Requirements & Systems Engineering: Proven capabilities eliciting, organizing, translating, and simplifying complex business needs into precise technical documentation and high-quality system architectures. Strategic Problem Solving: Serve as a regional best practice leader who creates systems based on international standards, untangles complex single-system issues, handles highly escalated tasks, and confidently steers engineering squads or team leads.

Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis & Gathering: Meet directly with shopfloor end-users to gather requirements, leading the elicitation, organization, translation, simplification, and overall management of requirements. Documentation & Standards: Document business requirements in appropriate formats based on chosen methodologies, and prepare detailed system/technical documentation aligned with ISO standards. Solution Development & Configuration: Develop robust systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements, executing the required backend changes through precise module configuration. Environment Coordination: Smoothly coordinate between development and active support environments to minimize downtime and manage the lifecycle of the PROTON template migration. Business Case & Planning: Assist stakeholders with building the business case while maintaining continuous planning and monitoring of active feature team deliverables. Agile Facilitation: Actively facilitate daily stand-ups and participate in broader team ceremonies under the Agile Working Model.

Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant IT-focused Degree OR a minimum of 8 years of deep, practical SAP QM domain experience. Formal SAP WM/QM Certification is mandatory. Proven track record working within a structured DevOps delivery framework.

Essential Skills & Technologies:

SAP Configuration & Data Management:

Comprehensive understanding and hands-on configuration experience across SAP WM and QM modules. Preparation of Master Data templates for varied QM-related objects. Integration testing capabilities with related SAP WM modules.

Operational & Delivery Frameworks:

Responsible for troubleshooting deep system issues and providing comprehensive operational support. Ability to interface seamlessly with cross-module consultants. Experience preparing user manuals and conducting structured training for corporate business process owners.

Advantageous Skills:

Advanced SAP QM module configuration and process configuration execution. In-depth development documentation background and functional specification upkeep. Experience running comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and specialized system integration security tests. Ability to analyze and scope end-user authorization roles.
