Our client is looking for an experienced Advanced SAP Functional Consultant to join their SAP Engineering team, supporting enterprise-wide Aftersales Parts Logistics Warehouse Processes. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimising SAP Authorisations while ensuring secure and efficient warehouse operations across a global business environment.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and international colleagues to deliver robust SAP solutions that support warehouse management, logistics, and distribution processes. SAP Authorisation Expertise: Extensive experience configuring and supporting SAP Authorisations while ensuring secure, compliant access across enterprise SAP environments. Business Process Optimisation: Strong ability to analyse business requirements, design secure authorisation solutions, and improve SAP-supported logistics and warehouse processes. Global Collaboration: Comfortable working with international stakeholders, supporting global implementations, and delivering solutions within multicultural Agile teams.

Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis: Analyse business requirements, document current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") processes, and prepare functional design documentation for stakeholder approval. SAP Configuration: Configure SAP Authorisations and functional solutions to support secure, efficient warehouse and logistics operations. Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with SAP functional consultants and technical teams to ensure successful integration across SAP modules and enterprise systems. Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare test data, conduct unit, regression, integration, and security testing, and manage transport activities while maintaining high quality standards. Go-Live & Implementation: Support project planning, migration, cut-over activities, go-live execution, and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery. Production Support: Troubleshoot, resolve, and close incidents and problem tickets within agreed service levels while providing ongoing support for production environments. Documentation & Training: Develop user manuals, maintain functional documentation, and deliver training sessions to business users and process owners. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve SAP functionality, authorisation processes, automation, and overall business efficiency while supporting Agile delivery practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications & Experience
SAP Authorisation Certification. Minimum of 5–9 years' experience in SAP Authorisations. Strong experience supporting enterprise SAP environments. Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies. Experience with SAP module support and user authorisation management.
