Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
SAP Datasphere Modeling & Integration: Architect complex data models and comprehensive ingestion/transformation workflows inside SAP Datasphere, leveraging Python scripts and API management platforms for full-lifecycle data delivery. Prompt Strategy Leadership: Lead technical strategy for defining and optimizing the prompt generation process, ensuring AI system output directly aligns with broader organizational goals and specific user needs. Routine Operational Stewardship: Take complete ownership of the daily, mundane, yet department-critical administrative maintenance for data integration pipelines, ensuring stability and performance uptime. RAG Pipeline Engineering: Design and build advanced MLOps and GenAI Ops architectures, including data curation, model distillation, and production RAG pipeline deployment automation. Network & Deployment Orchestration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate AI systems into existing applications, addressing complex scalability and security hardening for model-to-service communication. Mentorship & Influence: Provide proactive knowledge sharing, mentorship, and technical leadership on architecture and operational standards to engineers and fellow stakeholders within the Agile Working Model Charter.

Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications & Experience:
