The ideal candidate has mastered SAP BW/4HANA data modelling (ADSOs, InfoCubes, Composite Providers), ETL processes from SAP and non-SAP systems, performance tuning for large data volumes, and ABAP development. Strong leadership skills, business process knowledge in Finance, and experience working in international teams are essential.

German language proficiency is advantageous.

The Group Reporting product delivers enterprise-wide financial reporting and analytics solutions, providing strategic insights for data-driven decision-making across the global Group organization.

Duties & Responsibilities Role Requirements

Architecture & Design:

Define and own the end-to-end data model, extraction strategy, and transformation logic Architect scalable and performant data flows, ADSOs, and Composite Providers for enterprise reporting

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and hands-on implementation support across development, testing, and production Lead performance tuning efforts and implement best practices for large-scale data processing

Team Development:

Mentor and upskill the SAP BW team, providing guidance on modelling, debugging, and delivery practices

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to architecture reviews, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
