You'll serve as the key liaison between the business and its mining customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while strengthening long-term client partnerships across the North West region. Duties & Responsibilities

Matric (Grade 12) 3 years' experience in external sales, account management or contract management Proven experience servicing clients within the mining industry Experience in tyres, truck-related products, mining consumables, conveyor belting or similar industrial sectors will be highly advantageous Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills Outgoing, professional and customer-focused personality Manage customer contracts at various mining operations Build and maintain strong relationships with mine personnel and decision-makers Conduct regular client visits and provide ongoing account management Ensure contract performance and operational service delivery
