Sales Representative (Chemical) - DBN and JHB

We are seeking customer-focused and adaptable Sales Representatives to join our established teams in Durban and Johannesburg. The successful candidates will have a proven track record in B2B sales of chemical raw materials, with the ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.

The ideal candidates will be driven, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand customer needs and provide tailored product and service solutions. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations. Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Desired Experience & Qualification

3 - 5 years proven experience in sales in the chemical sector. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good understanding of chemical products, applications, and industry regulations, a minimum requirement. Possession of a relevant qualification will be an added advantage. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Package & Remuneration

Basic Salary plus Commission Structure Fuel Allowance Cellphone Allowance Remuneration will be negotiable based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
