Introduction A leading company in the events/exhibition industry requires a Sales Executive to support the growth of their portfolio of marketing-leading exhibitions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by managing existing exhibitor relationships while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, ensuring high levels of customer engagement, retention, and repeat bookings. Proactively source and develop new leads, utilising data to identify potential clients and new sectors within the industry. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM systems, ensuring all activities, leads, and opportunities are effectively tracked and managed. Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and client visits, strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities, promoting Montgomery Group and its portfolio of shows. Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery and a high-quality customer experience. Support the sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation and pitching through to closing deals and post-sale relationship management. Maintain accurate records of contracts, floorplans, and exhibitor details, ensuring a clear and reliable audit trail. Promote the brand through social platforms such as LinkedIn, contributing to increased awareness and exhibitor recruitment. Identify opportunities to partner with industry associations and organisations to expand reach and attract new exhibitors.
Desired Experience & Qualification Matric essential and some relevant tertiary education
A minimum of 5 years solid sales experience
Package & Remuneration R35 - R40k per month
