Sales Agent - Motor Warranty & Scratch & Dent

Introduction We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent with proven experience in the automotive industry, particularly in motor warranty, scratch and dent, and vehicle-related insurance products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage customers, identify their needs, and close sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sell motor warranty, scratch and dent, and related vehicle protection products. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets. Engage with customers professionally and build strong relationships. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. Explain product benefits, terms, conditions, and exclusions clearly. Handle objections confidently and convert enquiries into sales. Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Accurately capture customer and sales information. Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the sales process. Work closely with management and administration teams to ensure smooth policy activation. Keep up to date with product offerings, pricing, and industry developments.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1-2 years’ sales experience, preferably within the automotive, insurance, warranty, or vehicle protection industry. Proven experience selling motor warranties and/or scratch and dent products. A strong and demonstrable sales track record. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. Good computer and CRM skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team. Existing knowledge of motor warranty and scratch & dent products. Experience working with inbound and/or outbound sales leads.
