Duties & Responsibilities Main job function
The Retail Site Supervisor’s focus is to ensure operational efficiency, meeting departmental targets, and upholding brand standards through hands-on management, direct execution, and effective implementation of operational tasks.

Grade 12
Criteria
Code 8 Drivers License Own Vehicle and willing to travel Previous employment within a grocery retailer Previous employment in the fuel industry will be Must be able to interpret site performance and identify areas for improvement Labour relations knowledge and skills Self-starter with proven high levels of initiative High emotional intelligence
