Duties & Responsibilities Our client in the academic field is seeking a Residence Cleaning Co-ordinator to join their team on a fixed term contract.
The Residence Cleaning Coordinator will be responsible to coordinate residence cleaning staff, cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain hygiene levels within a residence during term and vacation periods.
Required Qualifications:
NQF 5 (Higher Certificate - in Operations Management or a related field)
Required Experience:
3 -5 Years of relevant experience in coordinating cleaning operations
Experience within a higher education institution.
3 Years’ experience with HR Policies Procedures and ER processes (BCEA; LRA & OSH Acts)
Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
Coordinating cleaning processes & operations.
Knowledge of working with buffing machines & carpet steam cleaners.
Code 08 Driver license
Working within a multi union environment (advantageous)
