Introduction Our ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage regional operations through planning, coordinating, technical support, and guidance to regional programme delivery. The role is further responsible for championing of emerging contractors and designated groups empowerment in programme delivery. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee regional strategic - and operations managementEnsure integrated infrastructure delivery planning and supportEnsure stakeholder managementOversee application of portfolio management standards and normsProvide business development initiativesProvide regional programmes delivery and technical supportProvide emerging contractor and designated groups empowermentEnsure construction sector internal expertise improvement.Oversee financial / supply chain management and governanceDirect resource allocation and managementSub-unit leadership and management Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Management, Commercial, Administration, Management, or a related field is required.A postgraduate qualification (NQF 8) in a related discipline will be an added advantage. An unendorsed Code EB (Code 08) drivers licence or equivalent 10 years' management experience within the Social Infrastructure Development Environment, 5 of which must be at a senior management level.Experience in Programme Management, Planning and Strategy implementation. Competencies: Business Management,Construction management,General, strategic and operations management,Programme management,Financial management,Budget management and cost control,Supply chain management,Monitoring and evaluation,Business planningProgress and performance reporting.
