Recruitment Delivery Consultant

Introduction We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to support one of our UK-based clients specialising in the US data centre construction market. You’ll focus on sourcing, engaging and qualifying candidates for Project Manager and Superintendent roles across major US construction projects. This is a great opportunity for a high-energy, driven recruiter who enjoys headhunting, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build expertise in a growing international market.

Working hours: This role follows US Eastern Time, meaning 12:00pm-9:00pm or 1:00pm-10:00pm South African time, depending on US daylight saving. You’ll work from our offices until approximately 5/6:00pm and complete the remainder of your shift from home.

What You'll Be Doing:

Sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and other tools Engaging passive candidates through calls, emails and personalised outreach Conducting candidate screening and qualification calls for US construction vacancies Assessing candidate suitability and preparing detailed shortlists for the client Building strong talent pipelines across the US data centre and construction markets Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the CRM Managing candidate relationships, follow-ups and ongoing recruitment processes Working closely with the client to deliver against live recruitment requirements and targets

What We're Looking For:

2+ years’ experience in agency recruitment, ideally within a delivery or 180 recruitment role Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate screening experience Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and recruitment CRM systems Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging experienced professionals over the phone A high-energy, proactive personality with a genuine drive to achieve results Resilience, persistence and the ability to maintain momentum in a target-driven environment Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies A tech-savvy approach, with confidence learning new recruitment systems and tools Full commitment to working US hours, including completing the evening portion of the shift from home Experience recruiting into the US market, construction, engineering or technical sectors advantageous, but not required
