Duties & Responsibilities
Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors Answering and directing incoming calls Handling general administrative duties Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence Maintaining a clean and organized reception area Assisting with scheduling and meeting coordination
Desired Experience & Qualification
Previous reception or administrative experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Grade 12/Matric Own Vehicle and valid drivers license Reliable and available to start on 1 June
