Provide reception services to the FIC.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the FIC’s switchboard and direct all calls and queries to the relevant staff members. Welcome visitors at reception. Usher visitors to the waiting room and inform relevant staff members of their visitors. Deal quickly and professionally with clients and visitors queries. Arrange parking for visitors. Manage the booking of the boardrooms and refreshments Record and route messages. Receive incoming post and refer to registry. Assist with administrative services when required. Provide secretariat function for the Occupational Health and Safety committee as and when required Perform any other duties as directed

Matric Basic Computer literacy
