Duties & Responsibilities
Lead research and product development projects from concept through to commercialisation. Conduct laboratory testing and technical investigations to develop and improve products. Manage R&D projects, including planning, budgeting, and progress reporting. Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and product certification documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related scientific discipline. 3–5 years' experience in a research and development role within a technical or scientific environment. Experience with product development, laboratory testing, and commercialisation of new products. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Advantageous:
Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience with ceramics, refractory materials, zeolites, or industrial minerals. Previous research experience supported by technical publications or research outputs.
