Product Owner

Description We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our growing IT & Innovation team. This is a delivery-focused, cross-functional role responsible for managing digital product streams, translating product strategy into actionable requirements, and ensuring exceptional value is delivered through effective Agile execution. You will work closely with Product Managers, development teams, UX/UI specialists, users, and business stakeholders to manage product backlogs, coordinate releases, and continuously improve digital solutions. Success in this role is defined by the ability to maintain a clear and prioritised product backlog, support effective sprint delivery, align features and releases with the product roadmap, and use user feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement. You will also facilitate Agile ceremonies, identify and resolve delivery blockers, ensure transparent communication across teams, and support the successful adoption and handover of new product releases.
