Duties & Responsibilities Our client in the petrochemical industry is seeking a Procurement Systems Support Co-ordinator to join their team on a 1 year fixed term contract.
Purpose
The Procurement Systems Support Co-Ordinator role is to ensure smooth procurement operations by supporting procurement software, users, onboarding suppliers, maintaining data and troubleshooting issues, bridging the gap between procurement processes and the technology enabling them, requiring strong coordination, system knowledge (like ERP/P2P), and communication skills to optimize buying, tracking, and reporting.
Desired Experience & Qualification Qualification required:
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Technology or a related field
Experience required:
2 – 3 years previous experience in procurement system support An understanding of the entire procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle
