Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that the relevant training has been completed according to the training plan. Attend briefings by the factory manager and supervisors about production target prior to line opening for the day. Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to SOP cleaning procedures and participate in team related cleaning activities as required. Label products with required barcode labels for the specific kits as per work instruction for each specific kit. Pack materials and items according to the work instruction Communicate all issues experience to supervisor Provide suggestions to the team lead or supervisor to increase the output of the team. Identify any assembly line maintenance issues and report immediately. Follow strict health and safety (PPE) procedures as per the SOP gowning procedures. Scan the barcode of each kit that has been labelled according to the work instruction of each kit. Seal the outer box or bag according to work instruction of the kit. Meet production targets given. Assist in stock take by counting and repacking stock in designated areas. Comply with health and safety regulations Act no 85 of 1993. Ensure that all the damages are submitted as part of the batch manufacturing records. Ensure that damages are sorted, and sent back to stores in accordance with the destruction procedure. Ensure your identity document and DNA sample is collected for onward submission to the Forensic Science Laboratory. Adhoc duties as and when required. The completion of all assigned Company training within the specified timelines Forwarding of all received Product Quality Complaints, Adverse Events and Medical Enquiries to the relevant person in Quality Assurance/ Pharmacovigilance/ Medical Affairs
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric SA citizen 1 year working experience working in a factory/ assembly line Deadline driven Organized Fast Learner with high level of accuracy
