Duties & Responsibilities Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
Execute purchasing processes and manage purchase orders Procure workshop and office consumables Source new suppliers and maintain the supplier database Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues Manage certified orders and ensure compliance requirements are met Perform quality checks and coordinate inspections of goods received Raise and manage NCRs and implement corrective actions with suppliers Monitor stock levels, process replenishments, and report shortages Maintain accurate records and provide general procurement support
Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications
Matric Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a purchasing role SYSPRO experience Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication and supplier relationship management ability
