Are you a performance-driven Paid Social Media Manager with strong experience in lead generation campaigns? This 6-month contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident in managing paid social campaigns, monitoring performance, optimising results, and supporting structured organic social media planning. The successful candidate will assist with key account paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign optimisation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. The role will also include managing organic social media calendars across different departments.
Desired Experience & Qualification Experience
Experience managing paid social media campaigns. Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns. Meta Ads experience is important. Experience with organic social media planning and scheduling. Ability to interpret campaign data and make practical recommendations. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good written communication skills. Ability to brief creative work clearly. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. Available for an in-office, 6-month contract.
Advantageous:
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid platforms. Agency or multi-brand experience. Familiarity with reporting tools, scheduling tools, CRM systems, or lead tracking. Basic copywriting ability for captions and ad copy. Experience working with designers and campaign creative workflows.
