Introduction Summary of Role
We are seeking a high-energy Outbound Sales Representative with a "hunter" mentality to drive top-of-funnel growth for one of our clients. This is a proactive, outbound-focused role where you will engage with decision-makers across the U.S. market through cold calling, personalized email, and LinkedIn outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
Duties & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls, send email sequences, and utilize social media platforms (like LinkedIn) to engage target accounts. Lead Qualification: Assess prospects using predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, and timeline) to determine their commercial fit. Pipeline Generation: Schedule high-quality discovery calls and demos for the closing sales team. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and lead statuses in a Customer Relationship Management system. Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and target ideal customer profiles.
Typical KPIs & Metrics Measured
Number of Activities: Daily outbound calls, emails sent, and social touches. Connect & Conversion Rates: The percentage of prospects reached who convert into booked meetings. Meetings Booked (SQAs): The total volume of qualified appointments scheduled. Pipeline Value: The estimated monetary value of the qualified leads handed over to the sales team

Package & Remuneration This is a 3 month contract engagement with a salary of R25,000 and an additional R3,000 fixed allowance
