Introduction To deliver high‑impact learning interventions that support onboarding, skills development and performance improvement, ensuring training solutions are aligned to operational needs, organisational standards and best practice learning methodologies.
Duties & Responsibilities Learning Needs Analysis & Design
Analyse role‑specific and divisional training needs in collaboration with stakeholders. Distinguish between learning and non‑learning interventions. Develop training rollout plans and needs analysis reports. Design outcomes‑based learning material aligned to SOPs, systems and standards.
Training Development & Delivery
Develop and update training content, lesson plans and facilitator guides. Design formative and summative assessments to measure learning effectiveness. Facilitate blended learning interventions and workshops. Deliver signed‑off learning programmes and conduct training pilots. Evaluate training impact and provide feedback to learners and stakeholders.
Learning Administration & Reporting
Plan, coordinate and prepare for training interventions. Maintain accurate learning records and training documentation. Compile and submit training reports and evaluation outputs.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
Ensure training practices align with ISO9001:2015 and governance requirements. Support audit requirements with accurate evidence. Apply sound risk‑management and compliance principles. Contribute to SOP updates within Learning & Development.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders. Provide guidance and advocacy on learning solutions and training options. Participate in meetings and present learning insights where required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric ETDP Diploma (NQF 6) ETDP SETA Registration Min 3 years Training and Facilitation experience
