Duties & Responsibilities Job Description
Prepare and present the annual servicing budget for the Process & Packaging division. Prepare the expenditure budget for the division. Monitor expenditure at the branches on a monthly basis, ensuring that expenditure is not exceeded unnecessarily. Determine availability of required utilities. Provide service or repair under the warranty definition. Report incidents of failure or corrective action during the warranty period to the supplier. Ensure that suitably trained technicians are available at all times to support the scope of agencies for equipment supplied. Ensure that technicians are provided with specialised tools, equipment and manuals. Conform to and update Quality Management System (ISO 9001 & FSSC) documentation. Assist in auditing the Quality Management Systems.
Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications
Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree and/or Mechanical Engineering degree. Courses in customer service, sales support and/or finance would be advantageous Programming and network knowledge would be an advantage.
Skills
5 years’ experience in a similar position and industry. Acceptable managerial skills. Computer literacy (Financial system, MS Word, MS Excel). Very strong customer and supplier relationship skills.
Package & Remuneration Salary/Package
R80 000 – R90 000 CTC per month
