Duties & Responsibilities Oversee ongoing, day-to-day business activities
Handle temporary, specific initiatives with a defined start and end
Process Optimization: Streamlining daily workflows, reducing waste, and improving productivity.
Resource Allocation: Managing staff, inventory, equipment, and supply chains to meet company targets.
Team Leadership: Supervising staff, monitoring KPIs, and coaching teams to align with organizational goals
Quality & Compliance: Ensuring products, services, and internal procedures follow legal regulations and quality standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification
5 years of specialized contractor experience, with a proven track record of managing 3+ sites concurrently. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a managerial role Manager's certificate or higher qualification. A very strong personality who can manage clients and Rustenburg labour. 10+ years of hardcore production experience with strong references for performance and management. Rail experience No Criminal Record Accommodation in Rustenburg or surrounding areas
