Duties & Responsibilities
• Represent our company as a leader in our industry and the marketplace, by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of orthopaedic surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and offer the surgical team technical support in theatre.
• Perform product training in existing and new accounts highlighting product features/benefits and the practical implementation thereof.
• Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programmes.
• Provide logistical support for consignment accounts.
• Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
• Work with the Area Manager by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer sales representatives.
• Maintain training in product features/benefits and the practical implementation of these.
Qualification Required Qualification
• Orthopaedic theatre or relevant experience.
• CRICE certification.
• A valid Driver License and own transport.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in a scientific discipline.
• Extensive travel is required in this territory (Gauteng, NW, LM, MP)
Preferred Qualification
• A relevant tertiary qualification in a scientific discipline.
• Orthopaedic theatre or relevant experience.
