Sourcing packaging and preparing PR boxes Design and produce artwork for both digital platforms and print materials using supplied brand assets and guidelines on Canva Create engaging posts for Instagram and TikTok using brand elements, manage direct messages across accounts, and schedule content to ensure consistent online presence Demonstrate the ability to work effectively without constant guidance, take initiative in multi-faceted tasks, and adjust quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic office environment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSGrade 12 / MatricAvailable to start immediatelyMinimum of 2 years Marketing Assistant in an office-based role (excluding retail, advertising agencies, or non-office environmentsStrong intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are essentialGood writtern and verbal communication skillsMust have proven experience using CanvaSocial Media management experience on Instagram and TicktokMust be adaptable and independent
