Manager: Client Liaison | PPLE Group

Job Function The incumbent is to ensure the consistent delivery of required cleaning standards across the respective sites assigned. The CSM will manage daily operations across multiple sites, oversee the day-to-day running of the sites and maintain adherence to the companies’ policies and procedures. This role is critical for managing the cleaning team, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting service quality through strong attention to detail, technical knowledge and effective communication.

Key Performance Areas

Execute own work and team work according to set operating procedures and service level agreements. Execute own work and teamwork in line with governance and compliance processes. Monitor and report on own and teams’ transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making. Plan, coordinate, and deliver own and team activities to ensure that agreed standards and operational objectives are met. (daily to 3 months) Coordinate and participate in learning interventions to establish a learning and development culture within the team. Create an engaging, enabling, and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition by demonstrating leadership through personal commitment to organizational values. Coordinate and monitor daily work activities within the team environment to prevent financial losses. Coordinate team activities to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations. Compile, analyse and report on client service levels and trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Resolve escalated client/customer queries

Qualification required:

Grade 12 Related tertiary qualification

Skills and experience required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the cleaning and hygiene Proven work experience in a similar role Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and safety standards
