Lead and manage the AI, Business Applications, Intelligent Automation, and Analytics centres of excellence to ensure optimisation of functional capabilities and business value delivery. Oversee the end-to-end demand management process, ensuring efficient prioritisation and resolution of operational issues within agreed Service Level Agreements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, knowledge management, and process enhancements aligned with organisational objectives. Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with contract terms, service levels, and value extraction. Provide strategic oversight for DevOps leadership in a multiparty environment, facilitating seamless solution delivery and system lifecycle management. Ensure rigorous compliance with governance, legal, and audit requirements, maintaining data integrity and information security across all systems. Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse team by fostering a customer-centric culture, managing talent, and promoting continuous professional development. Prepare and control the department's budget, monitor operational expenditure, and identify opportunities for cost optimization within the AI and automation functions. Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement by employing strong emotional intelligence, communication, and negotiation skills to align initiatives with business strategy.

Desired Experience & Qualification

BSc (Hons) in Information Systems Technology or a related field (Essential/Minimum). Certificate in ITIL Foundation (Essential/Minimum). Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum). Psychometric Assessment(Essential/Minimum). Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) DevOps Leader Professional Certification to lead and manage DevOps processes within a multiparty environment (Essential/Minimum). 8 to 10 years of relevant experience managing Business Insights Centres of Excellence, including AI, Business Applications, Intelligent Automation, and Analytics. Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating emotional intelligence and strong negotiation skills. Demonstrated business acumen with strategic thinking, foresight, and expertise in data mining and solution design. Experience managing complex change management processes in dynamic business environments. Strong vendor and third-party management skills, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and effective contract negotiation.
