Introduction International law firm based in Sandton requires is looking for a Legal Tax Associate to join their tax team
Duties & Responsibilities
Advise on a range of tax and corporate commercial matters Assist with transactional tax structuring and due diligence exercises Draft and review legal agreements and related documentation Conduct legal research and provide practical, commercially focused advice Support Partners and Senior Lawyers on complex matters and transactions
Desired Experience & Qualification
B Com (Hons), LLB qualifications (essential) 1 - 2 years PQE in a legal tax or corporate / commercial environment Exposure to corporate, commercial, and tax-related transactions Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
